Helloooo There ,

                            nyx is here in india now ... how exciting it is !!! well I have  couple of nyx products which I couldn't think of reviewing as it wont make any sense if you guys cannot buy them ..but now when nyx is here I  can review them !! we all know miss Claire as a dupe of nyx soft matte lip creams but I would review them separately and give a comparing review of original nyx soft mattes and miss Claire ones ... well getting back to the nyx smlc I have the shade monte carlo I love this shade to the bits, its  a deep red color kind of a oxy red shade but still bright enough. It is priced at 810 rs I found out that from amazon.in  so yaa lets get into some details :)

PROS -

• packaging is very cute and light weight as well
• the formula is very nice as it is a liquid lipstick but not of a liquid consistency. its like a cream
• it can be used as a blush also ! as the formula is perfect cream like
• it smells like pastries ! .. I love the smell of them
• shade range - there are soo many shades in smlc range I guess its more than 20 shades and they are very beautiful
• they are not drying - the best part is... its a liquid matte lipstick and guess what its not drying ! magic , right ?
• expiry dates are given
• cruelty free ! definitely a reason to love this brand
• decent quantity - we get 8 ml of the product although the tube looks small
• wand has doe-foot applicator and they are of  a excellent quality
• the doe-foot applicator doesn't pick up much of a product at once as the neck of the tube from inside is narrower and doesn't allow the applicator to pick up excess product at once which is a big yaayyy .... because there is no product wastage and no mess around the neck of the tube !!!
• stays up to 4-5 hours after which you have to reapply the lipstick

CONS -

• it wont survive a meal but will leave a beautiful stain on the lips

• now they are available here I cant really find any more cons ! there's not even availability issues now :)

                                            welcome to beauty wonderland hope you are doing great :)

                    liquid lipsticks which i am going to review today is in great  demand now days

they are  "INCOLOR MATTE ME ultra smooth matte lip creams". somewhere they are priced at 200 , somewhere they  retail for 250 rs. prices differs from place to place. they are even retailing for 350 rs . well i got my two matte me lipsticks which are in the shades 404 and 409 for 200rs from beauty palace in mumbai and shade 402 for rs 250 from the shop nearby my home. I m going to insert some swatches and pictures of the lipsticks . keep on reading :)

 

pros

1. the doe-foot applicator is very sturdy and thin as well as long , this makes it easy to apply the liquid lipstick  and applying liquid lipsticks  is hell lot of a task you know but this wand is really nice and sturdy

2. pocket friendly

3. the tube is very classy looking

4. they have expiry dates written on it....big yaay

5. shades are really beautiful and they are available in many shades i saw 11 shades in them , I guess they probably have more shades

6. availability

7. packaging is very light weight the lipstick tube is light as feather

8. long staying , they can survive a meal other than that they really stay as long as you wear them

9. opaque color in one swipe , extremely pigmented             

 

cons

1. they are extremely matte. these are powder matte liquid lipsticks which dry and chap your lips

2. they form clumps on the lips if gets wet or after a meal and that does not look nice

3. reapplication is kindda hard because as I mentioned the formula tends to clump if we reapply without removing the whole lipstick first , girl it will clump !

4. no uniform price

they are drying but the issue can be solved by applying balm underneath the product or you can just exfoliate your lips with a toothbrush and balm first and then apply the liquid lipstick, I personally love them , although they can get clumpy as they are powder matte lipsticks but you gotta love them for the shades and they are long wearing , shades are really beautiful my favorite  is 402 which is a deep red color

 

shades which I own -

 

• 402 - its a gorgeous deep  cool-toned red color , its a dark color and has wine undertones to it
• 404 - its a bright warm-toned red lipstick , really glamorous shade , perfect for summer has orange undertones to it
• 409 - the shade is funny I didn't know it would come so terribly bright on the lips extreme orange lipstick which would wash out medium to deep skin beauties . you would look like a ompaloompa wearing the shade  but I use my trick to make it work . do check out my blogs I have  explained how to make a insanely bright orange shade work for you .
