Shine in dark

I was reading a newspaper on previous sunday afternoon has i flip some of the pages i saw many matrimony advertisements , men and women requirements for their brides and grooms respectively... There was one common requirement in all the ads " fair skin", well india is a country in which actors and actresses are worshipped have u seen one thing they all have in common ? , fair skin not originally but eventually they get there, even the darkest Skin beauty turns into fair maiden , well i think its a magic of olay creams hehe if you know what i mean ;)
Well moving further i dont get this obession over fair skin the stereotype beauty tag

Maybelline fitme matte + poreless foundation
Shade - 322 warm honey
Priced at 525.. Well right now amazon have a sale on some of the shades

First thing 1st i dont understand why some people have a problem wid foundations not having pumps .. Well yes its far more convenient with a pump but its a 525 rupees foundation and i dont have any complaint about it has i have steady hands so i dont spill it out much

Let me list pros and cons of maybelline fit me matte + poreless foundation

Pros of maybelline fitme

•Light-weight foundation - it is really light-weight, doesnt even feel like i have Foundation on my face..super light yayyy!!
•medium coverage- and its buildable without any cakeyness
•mattifying - it really makes ur face matte... dry skin beauties doesnt even need to dust it with powder
•it blends like a dream ... Very easy and super blendable
•packaging is soo cute !

Cons -

•shade range- i just Dont like the fact that it doesnt have my shade my good match in this range...
Name itself suggest that this foundation will take care of every skin tone out there and it will fit perfectly but nay ...
The shade i took is warm honey 322 but its dark for me plus it doesnt even have a warm undertones to it ... And lighter than warm honey and darker than the lightest shades of this range which is "sun beige 310"is light for me.. And it looks lil ashy as i tested both of them
•smells like wall paints or something like that sorts but it goes away ... Not a much of a con for me



I need to mix shades 310 and 322 for creating a good match for my skin tone. other than that i just love maybelline fitme foundation to the core ....!!
And if you are lucky enough to find your good match in this range than this is a perfect foundation to use for up-coming summers ...
Now some usefull tips ..
Dont use Fitme foundation with sponges i tried and most of the foundation got soaked up by the sponge the texture is not Thick its lil bit on a runny side so that may be the reason of it ... Apply fitme foundation with your fingers or a buffing brush for smooth application

•final verdict - its my baby and i love the formula of this foundation
